How to remove Application.Work

In the article, we collected all actual information about ApplicationWork, possible removal ways, danger level, and description of infection methods.

Last week many users of MAC OS and Safari browser were faced with a problem of unfamiliar application that is called ApplicationWork (also known as Application.work and ApplicationWork.app). The process of infection is strange: when user serfing the internet by Safari browser, something automatically downloads without asking any permissions. After that, Safari suggests to install a new browser extension with significant options: to log any of your bank transaction and password. It looks very suspicious, because it does not look like official application to protect the important transactions. Moreover, It seems that internet frauds want to have a full access to the system by knowing passwords and even for credit cards and online wallets. We strongly recommend not making any bank transaction before you remove the ApplicationWork malware from the system completely. Additional difficulty is even after virus deletion browser can download malicious file once again and try to launch it. In this case, you will need to check the system once again.

Unfortunately, not any virus specialist give concrete recommendations what to do with this file, but all of them have one opinion about methods of protection. They suggest scanning computer by one or two antimalware scanners. As most usable are MaCBooster (Click here to read more about it), Malwarebytes for MAC and Etrecheck.
